Purdue University Fort Wayne has chosen Glen Nakata as its vice chancellor for financial and administrative affairs. Nakata most recently served as assistant dean for finance and administration for the College of Education at the University of North Texas.

“This position is of critical importance to us, and we were very fortunate to have had a deep and talented applicant pool to choose from,” said Ronald L. Elsenbaumer, chancellor, Purdue University Fort Wayne. “With the assistance of a strong internal committee, chaired by Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Carl Drummond, and the executive search firm Isaacson Miller, our university has identified a leader in Glen who can help us take big steps forward as we enter the post-pandemic era.”

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and MBA from Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
