Splashin’ Safari Among ‘Best Water Parks’

An Indiana tourism staple has earned yet another honor. Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari in Spencer County is ranked among the "Top 25 Water Parks" in the country as part of TripAdvisor’s 2018 Travelers’ Choice awards.

The rankings are determined by reviews and ratings for water parks throughout the world over a 12-month period. The Santa Claus attraction ranks fifth on the annual list. It is also ranked 15th on the TripAdvisor list of the top water parks in the world.

On the U.S. list, only Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park in Orlando, Aquatica Orlando, Shipwreck Island Waterpark in Panama City Beach, Florida, and Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park in Orlando were ranked ahead of Splashin’ Safari. You can view the full rankings by clicking here.
