Former Salesforce Exec Named Doxly COO

D. Wayne Poole, who previously served as executive vice president of global sales strategy and operations at Salesforce, has joined the tech startup as chief operating officer.
Poole left Salesforce in 2015 and most recently served as interim chief revenue officer for Seattle-based Simply Measured. Doxly, which was launched by Indianapolis-based venture studio High Alpha in July, provides a cloud-based legal transaction management platform.

Poole also served as vice president of global operations at ExactTarget, where he was one of the company’s first 10 employees. He joins John Turner, the former director of success journeys at Salesforce Marketing Cloud, who was named vice president of customer success at Doxly in October.
In September, Doxly announced it had secured a $2.25 million round of funding. Doxly was the third startup launched by High Alpha in six weeks.
