Legal transaction management platform Doxly has named John Turner vice president of customer success. He comes from Salesforce Marketing Cloud, where he served as the director of Success Journeys. During his seven years at Salesforce, he held a range of positions scaling and managing ExactTarget’s global services teams. Turner has also held a number of roles at high-growth tech startups.
