Broken Beaker produces its own spirits, which include varieties of gin, rum, whiskey, brandy and liqueur. The distillery’s early days date back to 2010 and it has since grown to include a tasting room and restaurant focused on connecting science with entertainment. In a 2016 interview on Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick just after it opened, the entrepreneurs behind Broken Beaker described what was unique about their concept.
