Huntington-based Pathfinder Services Inc. has appointed Michelle Banks chief financial officer. She will begin her role as CFO on July 12. Banks has more than 15 years of experience in corporate and nonprofit accounting. She previously served as CFO at the YWCA of Northeast Indiana where she managed all financial operations, including budgeting, financial analysis, investments, cash flow, and commercial insurance.

“Michelle is a respected leader in fiscal matters,” said Pathfinder Services President Danielle Tips. “Her extensive background in finances and her knowledge of working for a non-profit make her a perfect fit for our organization.”

Banks has also served as vice president of finance for the Junior League of Fort Wayne.
