Hotel owner and operator Provenance and Vera Bradley co-founder Barbara Bradley Baekgaard have developed the 124-room, art-centric hotel in the city’s downtown.
Provenance says The Bradley features locally sourced art in guest rooms, lobby, meeting spaces and restaurants to tell the story of the city as well as featuring a commissioned custom botanical-inspired print by local artist Julie Wall of HEDGE Studios in each guestroom.
The hotel also features a rotating art gallery in partnership with Purdue University Fort Wayne Department of Art and Design, along with works from artist Theoplis Smith III, who is known for pop culture art and murals around Fort Wayne. The hotel also includes an all-day restaurant, Arbor, and a rooftop bar called Birdies.
The Bradley is the latest in a series of new features along Fort Wayne’s downtown and waterfront district, including The Landing and Promenade Park.
