EmployIndy has promoted Tehea Harding to chief financial and administrative officer. She has served as a  member of the finance an administrative team since 2014.

Harding has worked in the nonprofit industry for the past 15 years, including serving as controller/director of operations at Christamore House  Family Community Center. She has also been an adjunct professor at Ivy Tech  Community College and National College of Business & Technology.   

Harding holds an MBA in accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University and a bachelor’s of science degree in Aacounting from Martin University. She also holds a degree in fashion merchandising from Howard University and is currently a member of National  Association of Black Accountants and the National Notary Public Association.
