New Jersey-based World Insurance Associates LLC has acquired Ball Insurance Services in Northwest Indiana. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Merillville-based Ball specializes in auto and motorcycle insurance.

“Ball Insurance upholds the same values and vision as we do at WIA. This alignment will allow for a seamless integration for Ball’s employees and clients, setting up our new partnership for future success.” said Rich Eknoian, chief executive officer and co-founder.

WIA acquired Hobart-based Pinnacle Insurance Group of Indiana earlier in the year.
