KSM Consulting has promoted Mary Catharine Grau (pictured) to vice president of brand and Kerry Phillips (pictured) to vice president of private sector services.  Also, Michael Schwarz has been promoted to vice president of data and development services.

Grau previously served as director of marketing and business development, while Phillips most recently served as business performance practice director. Michael Schwarz previously worked as director of data analytics.
