Carmel-based Merchants Bank of Indiana has hired Tony Holtzman as vice president of SBA lending at its Indianapolis office. He is a founding member of First Colorado National Bank, where he most recently served as executive vice president.

Holtzman has more than 25 years of commercial, SBA 7a, SBA 504, USDA CRE wholesale loan production sales, credit administration, portfolio management and underwriting experience.
