INDIANAPOLIS - The Aviation Institute of Maintenance Indianapolis campus, which is located south of the Indianapolis International Airport, will be holding a career fair on Thursday. Employers attending the fair include AAR, FedEx, Gulfstream Aerospace, UPS and more.

Employers attending will guide candidates through the application process for their companies and may hold on-site interviews for qualified applicants.

No aviation experience is required to attend and employers from other industries outside of aviation will also be in attendance. Guests who attend the career fair are encouraged to wear professional attire and bring copies of their resumes.

“The opportunity to meet face-to-face with so many recruiters; without getting lost in the shuffle of online applications, is something that individuals serious about a career in aviation will definitely want to take advantage of,” says Andy Duncan, campus executive director of Aviation Institute of Maintenance’s Indianapolis campus. “At the same time, the career fair provides an avenue for us to promote the various training options available here at AIM.”

The career fair is free and open to the public. The event will run from 2:30 p.m. till 5:30 p.m. at 7251 W McCarty St. in Indianapolis.
