The Community Learning Center in Kendallville has announced Julia Tipton as executive director. She previously served as principal at Waterloo Elementary School in DeKalb County. Tipton began her career in 1983 at East Noble School Corp., where she worked for many years before joining Fort Wayne Community Schools as its instructional facilitator for curriculum.
