KSM Consulting has promoted Natalie Litera to chief operating officer and John Roach to chief revenue officer and executive vice president of data analytics. Litera re-joined the company in 2017 after serving as Service Sanitation’s director of operations for almost four years. Roach joined KSMC in 2011 after serving in technical and program leadership roles at Rolls-Royce.
