Buck to Open Center in Fort Wayne, Add Jobs
New York-based HR and benefits consulting, administration and technology services firm Buck is expanding its footprint in Fort Wayne. The company says it will open a Benefits Outsourcing Center of Excellence in the Allen County city by the end of the year and add 50 jobs.
The BOCOE will be a "central hub" combining Buck’s customer service representatives and fulfillment with its existing consulting and benefits department. The BOCOE will offer what the company calls tailor-fit solutions, onsite consulting and actuarial support to its growing network of clients.
“Buck’s expansion in Fort Wayne will create a number of exciting employment opportunities that will benefit individuals looking for a good job and career advancement,” said Fort Wayne Mayor Henry news release. “Companies like Buck play a critical role in our collective efforts to further enhance our City, foster job creation and promote business growth.”
Buck currently has 50 employees serving 200 clients out of the Fort Wayne office, and the BOCOE will add up to 50 new employees by the end of the year.
