INDIANAPOLIS - Chicago-based ActiveCampaign has announced plans to expand in Indianapolis and add more than 200 jobs. The sales and marketing automation platform says it will invest more than $10 million in its Indy operations to keep up with growing demand.

ActiveCampaign, which employs 400 at its Chicago, Sydney and Indianapolis offices, says its annual recurring revenue has grown more than 700 percent over the last three years, topping $60 million. The company opened an Indy office on Monument Circle in January, but is looking for a larger, more permanent space.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. is offering ActiveCampaign more than $6 million in conditional tax credits based on the job creation plans. The city of Indianapolis is supporting the project as well.

The company says it is hiring for several positions, with a focus in adding 10 engineers each month.
