Bank CEO Elected to Federal Reserve Board
1st Source Bank Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Christopher Murphy has been elected to the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. He was elected as a Class A director and will serve through 2021. Murphy previously served as chairman of the Federal Reserve of Chicago's Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council and represented the council as a member of the Federal Reserve Board's CDIAC in Washington D.C. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame, a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia Law School, and an M.B.A. from Harvard University Business School.
