Ice Miller LLP has added Robert Poznanski as senior counsel in its business group, where he represents businesses and nonprofit clients, specifically managing innovative and complex incentive and project finance transactions. He concentrates his practice on using federal, state and local economic development incentives to provide project and working capital financing to businesses and nonprofit organizations.

Poznanski first joined LISC as a program officer, assisting community development corporations in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
