Klotz Joins WFYI

He most recently served as media relations manager with Angie’s List here in Indianapolis. Klotz comes to WFYI with a career of experience in marketing, public relations, and broadcasting. His professional background includes years of radio and television experience as reporter, anchor, producer, host and announcer with several stations, including WTVQ-TV in Lexington, Kentucky; WIFR-TV, Rockford, Illinois; WXVT-TV in Greenville, Mississippi; WFFT-TV/Fort Wayne Fury Professional Basketball in Fort Wayne; and WGL-AM, WLYV-AM, WQHK-AM, WOWO-AM in Fort Wayne. Klotz has spent most of his career, 15 years, at the Indiana State Fair, where he served as publicity and media relations director for the Indiana State Fair Commission. Klotz earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education, Sports Communications from Indiana University. He is also very active in the public relations professional community, serving as a board member of the Indianapolis Public Relations Society and the Public Relations Society of America.
