Though the investment total is not being made public, Clear Software says it raised 50 percent more than requested.
Investors include MK Capital, Hyde Park Venture Partners, Elevate Ventures and David A. Noyes, with individual contributors including Fishers-based Single Source Systems Inc. founder Tony Petrucciani, Fishers-based Perscio founder Bob Boehnlein, Carmel-based Baker Hill founder Mark Hill and Indianapolis-based MOBI Wireless Management Inc. co-founder Jason Garrett.
Clear Software Chief Executive Officer Jon Gilman says "no one ever takes a training course to learn how to use Facebook, Amazon, or Google, yet everyone needs training to use the likes of SAP and Oracle E-Business Suite. Our mission is to simplify business software to make the jobs of users easier and more productive."
The financing will help the company scale up for delivery of it’s ClearUI software to what it says are more than two dozen Fortune 500 clients. Clear Software says it can now focus on customer delivery. ClearUI is designed to streamline and integrate tasks on multiple software systems into one web page.
