Zionsville Firm Acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.

Illinois-headquartered risk management and consulting services firm Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE: AJG) has announced its acquisition of Cairnstone Financial in Zionsville. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Cairnstone Financial is a benefits consultant offering group health services to middle-market clients in the Midwest region. 

Mark Shrack of Cairnstone and his associates will operate from their current location under the direction of John Neumaier, head of Gallagher’s Great Lakes region employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations.
