Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. has announced that Ellie Humphrey has been appointed to the newly created position of Chief Transformation Officer. Humphrey will report directly to Zimmer President and Chief Executive Officer Bryan Hanson.

Humphrey formerly held leadership roles at Medtronic, most recently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Excellence and Business Transformation. She will be responsible for Zimmer Biomet’s integrated transformation strategy.

“Ellie’s extensive experience successfully connecting and overseeing global strategic initiatives for multinational corporations will prove invaluable to Zimmer Biomet as we continue to evolve our business to meet the demands of today’s ever-changing healthcare landscape,” said Hanson. 

Humphrey holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, MBA from the Darden School of Business and an AB from Harvard College.
