Zay Named Legislator of the Year

The Indiana Bankers Association has named Andy Zay (R-17) Legislator of the Year. He represents Wabash County and portions of Grant, Huntington and Whitley counties and serves as chair of the Insurance and Financial Institutions Committee. Zay serves on several boards, including Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana.
