Youth Opportunity Center in Muncie has promoted Gisselle McKell-Jeffers to chief clinical officer. She previously served as assistant director of psychological services. Prior to her time at the YOC, McKell-Jeffers spent years studying and researching applied psychology at Coppin State University in Baltimore.
