The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis has named Michael C. Farris Jr. senior vice president of operations and chief operating officer. He most recently was senior director for diversity and inclusion at YMCA of the USA in Chicago. Farris Jr. holds a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University and a master’s degree from the University of Central Missouri.
