A program designed to teach students how to launch a business will continue for a third year. The Young Entrepreneurs Academy – Madison County is a hands-on initiative that works with middle and high school students with support from the Flagship Enterprise Center in Anderson and the Corporation for Economic Development of Anderson/Madison County.
"YEA!" includes guest speakers, mentors, investor panelists, startup expertise and the Flagship Enterprise Center has even offered financial assistance to some previously through its Microloan Program.
Applications are now being accepted and the next program is set to begin October 28, meeting weekly through early next May. Meetings will take place at Purdue Polytechnic Anderson at the AU Flagship Center. You can connect to more about the program, including the next informational sessions, by clicking here.
