The editor-in-chief of The Wall Street Journal and managing editor of Dow Jones will speak at the University of Notre Dame later this month. Gerard Baker will discuss the presidential election at the university’s Mendoza College of Business March 14.
The university says Baker will present his view of how the upcoming U.S. presidential election might impact the world economy. The presentation, titled "Presidential Election 2016: A Global Perspective," will be held in Mendoza’s Jordan Auditorium.
Before joining The Wall Street Journal, Baker served as U.S. editor and assistant editor of The Times of London. He has also worked for The Financial Times and the BBC.
The talk will begin at 5:00 p.m. on March 14. It is free and open to the public.
