Work Begins on IU Health Building in Noblesville

Subscribe NowIndianapolis-based Cornerstone Companies Inc. has begun construction on a medical office building in Noblesville. The real estate development company was chosen by Indiana University Health to develop the property, which will be the result of a $5 million total investment.
The facility, which will house primary care, physical therapy and urgent care, is scheduled to open in the summer of 2017. The building will be located at 146th Street and Hazel Dell Parkway in Noblesville.
"Cornerstone is thrilled to help IU Health implement its outpatient MOB strategy in an efficient and cost effective manner," said Tag Birge, president of Cornerstone Companies. "Cornerstone has created a prototype for these primary care outpatient projects which creates efficiencies for our clients.
Indianapolis-based American Structurepoint Inc. is architectural engineering team for the project, while Cornerstone serves as the general contractor and developer.
