The Indiana Women’s Prison has promoted Kenneth Gray to correctional captain. He has served the department for 25 years, serving as correctional officer, sergeant and lieutenant. Gray has an associate’s degree in aviation mechanics. He is a veteran of the National Guard, in which he served six years active duty.
