Huber’s Orchard and Winery in Starlight is hosting an all-day event to commemorate the milestone, which the winery says will be celebrated all year long.
The winery was founded in 1843 by Simon Huber and is now being led by 6th and 7th generation family members, co-owned by first cousins Greg and Ted Huber. The anniversary festivities will begin with a welcome ceremony and press conference with activities running from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Huber’s Orchard says it will offer a 175th Anniversary Celebration Passport to all guests that visit Friday. The passport will allow guests to explore the various lines of business at the winery, provide discounts and special offers, and free admission to Huber’s Farm Park.
