She has served as president and chief executive officer of Catholic Charities Fort Worth for the last 14 years.
Reynolds is credited with growing CCFW tenfold after expansions of its programs to several states. LEO co-founder Jim Sullivan says Reynolds is the right leader for the lab. “Her passionate dedication to serving the poor and vulnerable, combined with her commitment to evidence-based solutions to poverty, make her uniquely qualified to lead LEO’s efforts to reduce poverty and improve lives,” said Sullivan.
Reynolds will direct the lab’s new five-year strategic plan, which was established to influence poverty policy and support service providers. Lab co-founders Sullivan and Bill Evans will remain involved with lab operations. More information on LEO can be found here.
