Marion-based Wiley Metal has promoted Joe Weimer to vice president of sales, marketing, quality, shipping & receiving and continuous improvement. Weimer previously served as director of quality. Also, Brad Bates has been promoted to vice president of engineering, scheduling, purchasing and production. Other promotions include: Ben Wiley; to director of operations; Mike Wiley; to director of inside sales and marketing; Scott Meyer; to a dual role of director of shipping and receiving and continuous improvement manager and Joe McPhearson to general manager.
