Wiers Fleet Acquires Kentucky Company

Indianapolis-based Wiers Fleet Partners is adding to its portfolio. The company, which helps local and national commercial truck users and companies improve fleet performance, has acquired George’s Truck Center in Kentucky.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The Kentucky location will be the company’s eighth commercial truck maintenance and repair facility.   

“George’s has a 30-year history of taking care of its customers and employees. We share those same values and look forward to helping our Northern Kentucky customers deliver more products and services in a safe, reliable, and cost effective manner,” said President of Wiers Drew Hettich.

Former George’s Co-owner Ken Stambaugh will join the Wiers team as the service center manager.
