The town of Whitestown has hired Scott Rolston as its new Chief of Police. Rolston takes over for the retiring Dennis Anderson, who served as Chief for 12 years. He has 15 years of law enforcement experience, and has been with the Whitestown force since 2009. Rolston served as Assistant Chief of Police earlier this year.

“Throughout my time at Whitestown, I have led both the Investigations Division as well as the Operations Division,” said Rolston. “Chief Anderson has been a great leader and mentor. He helped to set the groundwork for an outstanding department, and I look forward to continuing to build on what he started.”

He has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Ball State University.
