The Town of Whitestown has hired Todd Barker as Director of Developmental Services, where he will oversee the Building and Planning Departments when he assumes the role on February 8. He most recently served as the Director of Development Services for the town of Brownsburg. Barker holds two bachelor’s degrees from Ball State University.
