The Wheatley Group in Sellersburg has hired Jill Saegesser as vice president of redevelopment and grant services. She most recently served as executive director of River Hills Economic Development District and Regional Planning Commission (River Hills), serving the local units of government within the southern Indiana counties of Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Scott and Washington. Saegesser began at River Hills in June of 1994 where she worked on community development projects, particularly those projects funded with federal and state grant funds.
