WFYI has named Meg Canfield customer service associate. She previously served in a customer service role with the Indiana Department of Insurance for eight years. Canfield worked as a Development Department’s Community Ambassadors for WFYI in 2015. She attended IUPUI, where she studied secondary education with a focus on history.
