The Indiana chapter of the American Public Works Association has named Jeremy Lollar its Leader of the Year. He is Westfield’s public works director. Lollar was recognized at the APWA annual golf outing at Eagle Creek. He has worked with the city since 2005 as a water supervisor and then assistant director before becoming director of public works. Lollar graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a bachelor of business administration degree.
