The Westfield Chamber of Commerce board of directors has promoted Jack Russell president of the chamber. He most recently served as the director of marketing for the chamber and was previously an operations manager for Continental, Inc. in Anderson. His professional experience is comprised of business development, community relations and marketing. Russell is a graduate of Indiana University’s School of Arts and Science, and he currently resides in Westfield.
