Erin Easter has joined the West Lafayette Department of Development as deputy director. She most recently served as vice president of chamber & quality of life for Greater Lafayette Commerce working with businesses, nonprofits and government to enhance the fabric of the small business community and the quality of life for residents and visitors alike.

Easter began her career at Greater Lafayette Commerce in 2009, organizing events and the Indiana Main Street program. In 2013, she was promoted to vice president of chamber & quality of life for Greater Lafayette Commerce. In the last five years, Easter has worked with management and the board of directors to reformat the Councils encouraging more participation and problem solving to address the needs of the business community. She is a graduate of Purdue University.
