Attorney Wendy Kaufman has joined SmithAmundsen’s Indianapolis office. She focuses her practice in family law, assisting clients who are navigating divorce, filing for divorce for the first time or need to make child support or custody modifications. Kaufman is a trained guardian ad litem, parenting coordinator and collaborative practitioner. She also practices in paternity court and juvenile court handling cases involving children in need of services with the Department of Child Services. Kaufman is the founder and past president of Women for Riley, a group within Riley’s Children Foundation, which is committed to helping pediatric hospital patients.
