Real Estate Firm Expanding to Fort Wayne

Texas-based Keller Williams Realty Inc. has announced plans to open its first office in downtown Fort Wayne. The company says the expansion will bring at least 35 jobs to the Allen County city.

Keller Williams says it will occupy 5,500 square feet of space at the new location and will have another 2,400 square feet available for future expansion. The office is expected to open in mid-January following renovations and updates to the space.

"We are excited to introduce this real estate powerhouse to the Fort Wayne market," said Aaron Hoover, operating principal for Keller Williams Fort Wayne. "At the same time, we’re equally excited about our team of agents and the unique combination of experience, expertise and energy they bring to the market."

The company says the Fort Wayne office will have focus on residential and commercial properties throughout northern Indiana with specialty divisions including luxury, farm and ranch, and global properties.
