Indianapolis-based Well Done Marketing has promoted Lisa Sirkin Vielee to president. The decision comes as part of a comprehensive succession plan that began when Ken Honeywell, who founded the agency in 2005 with his now wife Becky, and Sirkin Vielee merged companies in 2015 to become a full-service marketing agency.

As president, Sirkin Vielee will oversee business planning, strategic development and staff operations. Honeywell will transition to full-time creative director.

Sirkin Vielee joined the agency in 2015 after the merger between Well Done and her public relations company, Gracie Communications. She most recently served as vice president. The agency now offers a full range of advertising, public relations, content marketing, digital strategy, video production, and web development services serving clients in healthcare, education, nonprofit, professional services, technology, and other industries.
