Indianapolis-based Well Done Marketing has hired Casey Cawthon as public relations manager. She will be responsible for the creation and implementation of public relations campaigns and publicity activity for the agency and its clients. Cawthon will develop and write social media campaigns, opinion pieces, blog posts, news releases and other forms of communication. She previously worked for the city of Fishers, most recently as assistant director of public relations. Cawthon is on the board of ProAct in Hamilton County and volunteers with Meals on Wheels and the Hamilton Southeastern Schools GAK Initiative. She also is an adjunct faculty member at IUPUI, where she earned her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees.

Also, Abbie Spahn has been promoted to operations manager. She previously served as traffic manager. In her new role, Spahn will continue to manage creative and digital project flow and assume responsibility for agency profitability.
