Indianapolis-based Well Done Marketing has added Joe Black (pictured) as associate creative director and Rob Peoni (pictured) as writer and producer. Also, Eric Rees has joined the firm as junior developer.

Black has an extensive background in brand development, creative concepting, art direction and design. He previously worked at Indianapolis agencies Miller Brooks and BaM (Bradley and Montgomery).

Peoni brings extensive nonprofit marketing and events experience to the job, through work with organizations such as Second Helpings, Big Car, Joyful Noise Recordings and Musical Family Tree. He also has been a contributor to NUVO, Sky Blue Window and We Listen for You.

After a career in copywriting and content marketing with companies including Pattern Magazine, Lessonly and MilesHerndon, Rees decided to change careers and is a recent graduate of Eleven Fifty Academy.
