Donald Thornburgh has joined the executive team of Walnut Creek Golf Course Inc. as director of grounds. He previously served as head agronomist for Trump National Doral Miami. Thornburgh has experience with PGA Tour Operations, Golf Architects and Trump New York. He earned his bachelor’s degree in agronomy-turf sciences from Purdue University.
