Indianapolis-based Walker Information Inc. is celebrating the opening of its new $11 million headquarters on the city’s north side. The customer intelligence consulting firm says the 54,000-square-foot facility is designed to attract and retain top talent, as well as deliver an expanded range of services.
A spokesperson for Walker tells Inside INdiana Business job growth is expected at the new headquarters, especially following a recently-announced partnership with Utah-based research and experience management firm Qualtrics. However, the firm is not releasing any projections for a specific number of new jobs.
When plans for the new facility were announced in July 2016, Walker said it planned to add 30 jobs by 2020.
"Our biggest strength is our people. We pride ourselves on the caliber of our workforce and the impressive tenure of our employees." said Steve Walker, chairman and chief executive officer of Walker Information. "Our new state-of-the-art office is functional and welcoming, with plenty of unique spaces to collaborate with our clients."
The headquarters was built in partnership with real estate developer PK Partners and Walker says construction was completed on time and on budget.
