Walker Information has named Jennifer Batley senior vice president. She brings 20 years of customer experience leadership as both a consultant to leading corporations. Batley most recently served on the North American senior leadership team of Gordon Food Service in a role designed to take customer experience to a new level in the foodservice distribution industry. Several years ago she served as a strategic account manager for Walker where she provided strategic advice to market-leading global corporations including Castrol Limited, EMC, Mitel, Iron Mountain, Pepsi Beverages Co. and many others.
