Krieg DeVault has announced Attorney Marc Waite has joined the firm as a senior associate in its litigation practice group. He represents clients in all Indiana State and Federal Courts. Waite previously worked as corporate counsel for a large Midwestern automobile dealership group. Before practicing law, he was assistant coach for Valparaiso University’s baseball team, the chief financial officer for Palisades Baseball Ltd. and the Director of Accounting for Whitecaps Professional Baseball Corp.
