The dean of Vincennes University’s Jasper campus is leaving. Chris Gray, who has served as dean and assistant vice president of VUJC since August 2015, will step down in January to become vice president for academic and student affairs at McHenry County College in Illinois. He joined the VUJC after serving as dean of arts and communication at Illinois Central College. Gray holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Foundations from Illinois State University, where he earned master’s and bachelor’s degrees in theatre. He holds an associate degree from Lincoln College and his background also includes writing several publications and presentations at college conferences.
